That's Rafi's Jaan Pechan Ho from the film Gumnaam composed by Shankar - Jaikishan, also seen in the movie Ghost World. Reminds me of the finale of The Simpsons episode Kiss Kiss, Bang Bangalore - a rousing Bollywood group dance to Kishore Kumar's Pal Bhar Ke Liye from the film Johny Mera Naam composed by Kalyanji - Anandji. There's a bad quality clip on youtube of that one, I have a good quality one somewhere on my HD I recorded once upon a time, I would put it up but Fox will only take it down, lol.
Both of these soundtracks were posted at Music From The Third Floor in the past. :)

Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho
if we were acquainted, life would be easy
Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho
Dil Ko Churane Waalon, Aankh Na Churao.... Naam Tau Batao
you who have stolen my heart, don't avert your eyes...tell me your name
Jaan Pehchan Ho, O Ho Jeena Aasaan Ho
A Ha Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho
Dil Ko Churane Waalon, Aankh Na Churao.... Naam Tau Batao
Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho
Haye, Aaj Ki Yeh Shaam Jawaan, Yun Na Chali Jaaye
this night of youth, don't let it get away
Aaj Ki Yeh Shaam Jawaan, Yun Na Chali Jaaye
Phir Se Na Aayegi Yeh Kisi Ke Bulaaye
it won't return again no matter who summons it
Phir Se Na Aayegi Yeh Kisi Ke Bulaaye
Phir Se Na Aayegi Yeh Kisi Ke Bulaaye Ya! Whoo Hoo!
Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho
Jaan Pehchan Ho, Hmm, Jeena Aasaan Ho
Dil Ko Churane Waalon, Aankh Na Churao.... Naam Tau Batao
Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho
Bolo Ya Na Bolo Tum, Ho Gaye Ishaare
speak, or don't speak, flirtations have been exchanged
Bolo Ya Na Bolo Tum, Ho Gaye Ishaare
Bolo Ya Na Bolo Tum, Ho Gaye Ishaare
Seedhi Seedhi Chhot Huyi Dil Pe Hamaare
my heart has been wounded straight on
Seedhi Seedhi Chhot Huyi Dil Pe Hamaare
Seedhi Seedhi Chhot Huyi Dil Pe Hamaare, Ya Hoo!
Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho
Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho
Dil Ko Churane Waalon, Aankh Na Churao.... Naam Tau Batao
Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho
Oh Chhup-Chhup Dekha-Dekhi, Nazarein Deewani
silent on both ends, looking at each, eyes mad in love
Chhup-Chhup Dekha-Dekhi, Nazarein Deewani
Zara Si Yeh Baat Ban Jaaye Na Kahani
(be careful that) this small interlude does not become a story
Zara Si Yeh Baat Ban Jaaye Na Kahani
Zara Si Yeh Baat Ban Jaaye Na Kahani, Haye!
Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho
Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho
Dil Ko Churane Waalon, Aankh Na Churao.... Naam Tau Batao
Jaan Pehchan Ho, Jeena Aasaan Ho

I love this song and play it on a daily basis for my workout. Every person I have played it for has either said "Hey where did you get that its the Heneiken commercial song" or " I love the video... it's GGGrrroooooovy man".
Though I am not of South Asian decent it makes no difference to a curious ear and all Eastern music has a much more emotional and haunting melodies with the addition of regional instruments.
This song is endearing to myself for another reason as well because it is reminiscent of after school shows I use to watch in Toronto,Canada when we were in primary school. The music and dancing is right out of a Batman,Monkees or any 60's upbeat television series'. It is also choreographed in a fossee'esque way which makes it dramatic and comical at the same time... this will be on my besties list for sure.
Music is universal, that's for sure. I used to watch Batman and the Monkees too. :) This commercial has recently become part of a new "Serenade Your Date" campaign by Heinekin I've been seeing recently on TV: http://www.youtube.com/user/heineken
